Returns and exchanges

All sales are final. As a small handmade business, I’m unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges at this time. Please read item descriptions carefully and don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions before placing your order.

Damaged items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. I’ll do my best to find a fair solution.

Shipping

Orders are packed and shipped within 5 business days. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

Handmade variation

Each item is made by hand and may include small variations that reflect the nature of the materials and process. These are part of what makes every piece one of a kind.
